How to use?

  • Step 1: Take a picture before using the mask to compare the results before and after using.
  • Step 2: Wash your face before the treatment.
  • Step 3: Press and hold the "Power Switch" button to switch the LED mask on.
  • Step 4: Set the time by pressing the "Time" buttons". To set the mode, press the "Color" button. To Adjust the intensity, press the "Energy" buttons.
  • Step 5: Press "ON/OFF" to start the treatment

What's more? Is there any scientific proof of LED Light Therapy?

LED Light Therapy has been thoroughly tested, evaluated and validated by hundreds of Universities, Medical Labs and most importantly NASA. Actually, there have been over 2000 reports and documents written on this technology.

Does Photon Rejuvenation or LED Light Therapy cause any pain? No, it does not caused any pain at all. Actually, it has a very smoothing and calming effect.

Can I use skin care products in conjunction with my LED Mask? Yes, you can. In fact, your Light Therapy results will be more dramatic if you use high quality skin care products. Moreover, you can use your acne products to accelerate your skin curing process.

How do I know if I can use LED Light therapy, am I the right candidate?

LED Light therapy is recommended and suitable for those candidates who wish to:

  • Minimizes the appearance of fine lines or wrinkles
  • Improve the appearance of skin tone and texture
  • Reduce blemishes and clogged pores
  • Accelerate and improve the skins natural collagen production
  • Reduce skin redness, dark spots and scaring

Note that light therapy is not for everyone, in rare cases specific medications or conditions can cause some individuals to develop sensitivity towards light.

Can I use my acne products with my LED facial therapy mask?

We recommend that you use your acne products after you use your LED Mask

Is it possible to use my skincare products in conjunction with my LED mask?

Yes, you can use your high-quality skincare products with the LED mask

How often is it recommended that I use this mask?

After selecting the color according to the condition you wish to treat, we recommend that you use it not more than 20 minutes once a day, 3-4 times a week. You can continue treating your skin after your desired result is reached by using the mask just twice a week.

How long does it take to see results?

Results will depend on your age, skin conditions and the period of use. Most people will see results between 4-8 weeks of use. LED light therapy works and it’s just a matter of how long it takes, so be patient and give it time.

Even the most advanced system will not work if you aren’t persistent, and this is no exception. If you don’t follow the directions and keep up with your treatments, you will not see the intended results and it may be easy to get discouraged. However, with the right effort, this mask will give you everything you need for beautiful skin through light therapy.

How does photon therapy work?

Photon therapy works by using the healing power of the lights, when you expose light to the skin you begin to activate the skin photoreceptors and the skin absorbs this energy.

The process accelerates bio-chemical reactions in the skin tissues ultimately leading to faster healing times and increasing the production of collagen, this can reverse some of the effect of aging. Photon treatment has multiple benefits and is a non-intrusive technology.

Which color should I use?

The red light (Red-630nm)
Red light stimulates the growth of collagen, collagen is an essential protein to repair damaged tissues or old tissues. It can remove fine line and shrink pores.

The blue light (Blue-470nm)
Bacteria in acne contains Porphyrins; because of the high affinity with wave length, the blue light is able to kill Porphyrins. In addition, the blue light has calm action which is very effective for hypersensitivity.

The green light (Green-520nm)
The green light balances the color pigment, and reduces fine lines, improves ageing skin and speeds up the healing process of the wound.

The yellow light (Yellow-590nm)
The yellow light improves the exchange of oxygen in the skin cells to replenish their energy. It can be used to promote lymphatic drainage, improve the wrinkles.

The Purple light (purple)
Purple light is used to remove acne, it is a combination of two kinds of phototherapy effect (red and blue dual-band light) providing excellent benefits in the treatment of acne and acne marks.

The cyanine light(cyanine)
Penetrates the skin deep, speeds up the living tissue of Chen xin metabolism, decomposes splash, improves the appearance of fine lines and sagging skin.

The Laser light (White) 
Penetrates the skin deeply to accelerate the tissue metabolism and to improve the appearance of fine lines and ageing skin.

Which forms of payment can I use?
We accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / AMERICAN EXPRESS / JCB / Diner's Club International), by debit card (VISA, Carte Bleue, Carte Bancaire) and by PayPal.

How secure is shopping? Is my data protected?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.


Can I pay cash upon delivery? / Can I cc you the money personally because I do not have a credit card.

Unfortunately our operations are only limited to credit/debit card transactions and Paypal. This is to ensure our customers get their consumer protection and also our business is validated.

Paypal offers Buyer protection and favors consumers by providing a secure gateway and good refund policies. This is why we advocate using Paypal to complete your transactions here safely without credit card risks.

What if I don't have a Paypal Account?!

Don't worry as you do not need to own a PayPal account to pay: you may enter your credit card's data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don't need to register a PayPal account either.

HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staffs can pack and ship out your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?

Order processing times are between 1~3 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up processing times may go up to 5 business days following the day you placed your order.

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays-Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1--5 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. E-packet is our primary carrier for U.S customers, Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 2-5 weeks from the date of shipment.

OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.

Our warehouse staffs are super quick, so if you notice an error please email us ASAP with your name and order number so we can try to catch your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We now ship internationally for free. You will receive your shipment 2-5 weeks after the order is shipped. All orders are shipped out within 2-5 business days.
